Oats cutlet


Quick  oats – 1cup
Corriander powder -½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt  to taste
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Onion - 1 nos
Green chillies - 4 nos
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 4 cloves
Potato - 2 nos
Egg -2 nos
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - 2 cups
Preparation Method of Oats Cutlet Recipe
1)Boil the potatoes and mash it.

2)Chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and the onions.

3)Put some oil in a sauté pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and saute for few minutes. Add quick oats and salt.

4)Add  mashed potatoes amd mix well. Keep this aside.

5)Beat the egg with a fork and keep it aside too.

6)Take the bread crumbs in a plate.

7)Take the mixture (size of a golf ball) into the palm and make an oval shape.

8)Dip it in the egg and cover with bread crumbs and put it in the boiling oil and fry till it becomes golden brown.

A delicious chicken biriyani will be ready within 2 hours.

Chicken – 1kg
Basmati rice – 3cup
Onion - 2 (1 for frying and 1 for chicken curry)
Biriyani masala spices - 1 tsp
Chicken masala  - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Tomato - 1
Salt to taste
Yogurt - 2tsp
Garam masala  - ½ tsp
Lemon juice  - ½ tsp
Water - 4 ¾ cup
Raisins and cahew  - 1cup
Ghee - 1tsp
Sunflower oil - ½ cup

Step 1
Soak the rice in water for 1 hour.
Marinate the chicken with chicken masala, salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt,salt  and lemon juice.

Step 2
Fry raisins and cashew in a pressure cooker in ghee and sunflower oil mix in low heat. Keep it aside. After that fry onions in same oil till golden colour.
Keep it aside all the fried items.

Step 3
After 1 hour drain the rice. Fry it in the pressure cooker . Add biriyani masala spices to it. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add water and salt. Close the pressure cooker. Cook  till the first whistle comes.

Remove the rice from pressure cooker to a bowl. Mix fried onions and fried raisins and cashews.

Step 4
In the same pressure cooker, pour some oil and fry onions. No need to deep fry. Add tomatos, ½ cup water and marinated chicken. Close the pressure cooker and cook tll first whistle.

Step 5
Chicken curry is ready. Take half curry in a bowl. Now half curry will be in pressure cooker. That is in bottom level. Now put half rice above this level. Then balance chicken curry in 3rd level. At last rice in above level. Cook on the same pressure cooker for 5 minutes.

Delicious chicken biriyani is ready…………..
